   I used these sterling silver earrings while in the hospital and found them to be much more hygienic than the fabric slippers provided. They were easy to slip on and off quickly from the bed. However, I think they would be even more comfortable if the ankle band could be somehow secured in place. The cushioning of these earrings is exceptional in my opinion.
